Documents required for DGFC License

For all applicants:

5. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): A class 3 DSC is often required for online applications.
6. IEC (Importer Exporter Code) Certificate: This code is essential for import and export activities.

For specific business structures:

1. Company Incorporation Certificate: If the applicant is a company, a copy of the certificate of incorporation is needed.
2. Partnership Deed: For partnership firms, a copy of the partnership deed is required.
