Chartered Engineer Certificate:
This certificate establishes the link between the imported capital goods and the products you plan to export.
CA Certificate:
A certificate from a Chartered Accountant detailing your past three financial years' export turnover in both USD and INR.
List of Products for Export:
A list of products you plan to export using the imported machinery, including their corresponding HSN codes.
Step-wise Flowchart:
A diagram illustrating how the capital goods will be used in the production of export goods.
Factory Address:
The address where the capital goods will be installed and utilized.
Export Obligation:
Documents related to the fulfillment of the export obligation, such as Bank Realization Certificates (BRC) or Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates (FIRC).
