1. Health Trade License: Issued by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
2. Police License (License to keep a Place of Public Entertainment): Issued by Delhi Police.
3. Fire Safety Certificate/NOC: Issued by Delhi Fire Service
4. Site Building Plan: Approved by Municipal Authorities.
