Required Documents/undertakings/NOCs:

• Copy of Form 1 & XIV
• Copy of the site plan
• Copy of the approved construction plan
• Copy of the Occupancy certificate (Issued by Municipality or concerned panchayat)
• Copy of grant of the final NOC of Fire Department (issued by Fire and Emergency department)
• Health NOC (Issued by Health Department)
• Police clearance certificate (issued by SDPO)
• NOC from concerned Panchayat/Municipality.
• NOC from Electricity Department.
