1. Company: Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association (MOA) or Articles of Association (AOA).
2. Partnership: Partnership deed and Shop Act registration.
3. Proprietorship: GST certificate or Aadhar card of the proprietor.


• Address Proof for Firm/Company/Shop/Godown:
1. Owned Premises: 7/12 extract or 8A document.
2. Rental Premises: Registered/notarized rent agreement on stamp paper along with ownership documents.


• Employee Details (if applicable):
1. Qualification/Degree Certificate: Especially for commercial pest control.
2. PAN Card.
3. Address Proof
4. Salary/digital evidence of payment


• Personal Identification:
1. Aadhar Card
2. PAN Card.
