Documents required for SEIS License

For all applicants:

1. ANF 3B:
   This is the application form for SEIS, and it needs to be submitted along with the application.
2. CA/CS Certificate:
   A certificate from a Chartered Accountant or Company Secretary verifying the information provided in the application.

Supporting Documents (may vary based on your situation):

1. Proof of Active IEC:
   You need to have an active Import Export Code (IEC) at the time of rendering the services for which you are claiming benefits.
2. Details of Service Exports:
   This includes information about the type of services exported, the value of exports, and the corresponding foreign exchange earnings.
3. Proof of Net Foreign Exchange Earnings:
   You need to demonstrate your net foreign exchange earnings, which is the difference between the foreign exchange earned and the foreign exchange spent on the eligible services.
